Over in Kanauja Kala, Allahabad, which many people call Prayagraj now, you will find Markwell Agro Industries Private Limited. We operate from Vinod Kumar’s place. Even though we have 'Industries' in our name, we are a small-scale operation rooted in the local soil. The area around here is pretty traditional, and we try to keep that spirit in how we run things. It’s hot in the summer, and the work can be exhausting, but that is just how it is. We don't have a HR department or fancy lunchrooms. We usually just eat what we brought from home and talk about the day's tasks. Vinod’s place is where the paperwork happens and where we keep track of everything. We handle a lot of different agro-related tasks, mostly trying to bridge the gap between the farmers and the markets. It’s a lot of coordination, phone calls, and dealing with transport issues. Sometimes the trucks are late or the power goes out, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. We aren't a polished company with a big public image. We are just a group of people in Allahabad trying to run a decent business and keep our families supported. It is practical, everyday work that doesn't need a lot of explaining or fancy talk to sound important. We just get on with it.
