Ma Bhagvati Mother & Child Care

Ma Bhagvati Mother & Child Care is located at 11 Gan Memorial Society in the Civil Lines area of Allahabad. We are right opposite the traffic police office, so the street stays pretty busy most of the time. We have been here for a while now, focusing on the basics of caring for mothers and their babies. The building itself is an older one, and the stairs can be a bit steep if you are carrying a lot of bags or a stroller. Inside, the waiting room is simple with just some plastic chairs and a few old magazines on a table. It gets a bit noisy when there are several kids around, but that is just how it goes in a place like this. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a big front desk team. It’s usually just a couple of us handling the check-ins and the charts. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we have a backup to keep the lights on and the fans spinning. The neighborhood is okay, and being near the traffic police means it is easy to tell people where to find us. We don’t do any big advertising or anything. People mostly find us because they live nearby or someone told them we were here. We keep a ledger of the patients on the desk. It’s a bit messy sometimes when things get busy. We just try to help out the parents who come through the door and make sure the babies are doing fine.
