I. R. D. Computers is run by Dinesh Kumar Verma. He’s the one who handled all the studies, getting a B. S. C. and then a Pgdca from Allahabad. After all that time spent in school, he decided to put those skills to use by helping people with their computer problems. We aren't a big tech firm with glass walls. It’s more of a personal setup where people bring in their laptops or CPUs when something stops working. Dinesh spends most of his time looking at motherboards and trying to figure out why a system won't boot up. Sometimes it's just a simple software fix, and other times he has to order parts and wait for them to arrive. It can be frustrating when a repair takes longer than expected, but that's just how electronics go. We handle a lot of different issues, from viruses to broken screens. Being from Allahabad, Dinesh brings a very straightforward way of doing things. He doesn't like to overcomplicate the technical stuff when explaining it to someone who just wants their computer back. The workspace is filled with old monitors, tangled cables, and tools scattered across the benches. It’s a bit messy, but he knows where everything is. We just keep our heads down and work through the pile of repairs that come in every week. It’s a quiet life of fixing things and making sure people can get back to their own work without too much trouble.
