Our place is located at 110Ka/10 in Shivkuti, which is a quiet enough part of Allahabad. Dreamworld Infratown Private Limited is the name we went with when we started this business up. We do a lot of work with land and building local houses. Being in Allahabad means we are near the river, and that sometimes affects how we plan things. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team here. We know each other well. Most mornings start with a quick chat and tea about what needs to happen that day. Then we head out to wherever the current project is. Shivkuti is a nice home base for us. It is where some of us grew up, mostly. We understand the soil and the way things get built in this specific region. We deal with the local authorities for all the permits, which can take forever sometimes. That’s just part of the deal though. We try to keep people updated, even if the news is just that we are still waiting on a delivery. It is honest work. We don’t have a glossy brochure or a marketing guy. If you want to see what we do, you just look at the buildings we have finished. We hope to keep doing this for a long time. It is what we know best and we enjoy the process of seeing something new go up. It gets tiring but it is worth it.
