We spend most of our time planning out how to build homes and infrastructure for the people in this area. Naini is a specific kind of place, and we understand the layout of the ADA Colony pretty well by now. Our days are filled with looking at maps, talking to laborers, and making sure the supplies are of decent quality. We aren't a high-end firm with fancy offices. We just have a practical space where we can get the planning done. It’s not always easy, as there are always delays with something or other. Whether it's the electricity or just the heat getting too much for the workers, we just find a way through it. We don't use any slick language to describe what we do. We just help people get their houses and roads built. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from morning till night.
