Our office is based in Allahpur, right near the Daraganj post office at 88A Mohile Nagar. We have been working along Baghambari Road for quite some time now. It is a local operation and we mostly focus on colony development. We take a look at different patches of land and figure out how they can be divided up so families can have a place to build their homes. The office is usually where you will find one of us if we are not out in the field getting our boots dirty. It is not a fancy setup by any means. We spend a lot of time dealing with the local authorities and making sure the maps and markers for the new colonies are accurate. Dealing with land in Allahpur means you have to know the neighbors and the history of the different plots. We do our best to get all the measurements right. Sometimes there are disagreements about where one lot ends and another begins, but we just work through them. It is very practical work. You won't see any big corporate suits here, just plain clothes and boots for the field work. We like being located near the post office because everyone in the area knows where that is. The neighborhood has changed a lot lately, and we have had a hand in some of those new streets you see. It is just a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the sites every day.
