Our office is located at 80-B in Tagore Town, which is right in the middle of Allahabad. It is a bit different from the usual farm setups because we are more focused on the Agrotech side of things. We spend a lot of time looking at seeds and testing different ways to help the plants grow stronger. Allahabad is a very busy city, and the street outside our door is always full of people and rickshaws. Sometimes the noise makes it hard to think, but we like being where the action is. We are a small team and we don't have a lot of fancy furniture or decorations. Our desks are covered in samples and notebooks. We try to give the local farmers advice that is actually useful for their specific soil. It’s not just about selling them something; it’s about making sure their harvest actually improves. Some days we leave the office behind and drive out to the rural areas to see the fields for ourselves. It’s a good balance between technical work and getting our hands dirty. We aren't a big corporation with a lot of rules. We just like the science of growing things and we want to help the local community do it better. It is a quiet, steady kind of work that keeps us busy all year round.
