Our company, Ayrk Infraheight Private Limited, is located over in the Naini area, specifically near Dubey Talab in Allahabad. It’s a recognizable spot for anyone living around 211008. We’ve been doing infrastructure work around this part of town for quite some time now. The heat in Allahabad can get pretty intense during the summer months, which makes the outdoor work a lot tougher, but we’re used to it by now. We usually start our days early to get as much done as possible before the sun is right overhead. Our office is a modest space where we handle all the logistics and plan out the next steps for whatever we are building. Dealing with the ground conditions near the Talab can be tricky sometimes, but that’s part of the challenge. We don’t have a flashy storefront or anything; it’s just a place for us to work. Most of our guys are locals who have lived here their whole lives, so they know the roads and the neighborhoods like the back of their hands. It’s honest work, mostly involving a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the foundations are solid. We aren't big on talking about ourselves much. We’d rather just be out there at the site getting things put together. When the day ends, we’re usually pretty worn out, but it feels good to see something actually built where there was nothing before. It’s just how we do things here in Naini every week.
