Our place is located at 88/488 in Fahimabad, over in the Chamanganj area. It is a crowded spot, but that's what makes it feel alive. Atithi Home City Developers Private Limited has been run from here for a while now. We deal with building things and finding land, which is a lot of back and forth with different people. Most days involve a lot of talking and trying to figure out the best way to get a project finished. It isn't always smooth. Sometimes there are delays or the paperwork gets stuck somewhere, but we stay on it. The office itself is pretty basic. We don't spend money on fancy chairs or big signs. We’d rather just focus on the actual work at hand. People in Chamanganj know how it is, everyone is just trying to make something happen. We have a small team, just a few of us who know the area well. We walk around the sites, check the bricks, and talk to the laborers. It’s dusty work. You get used to the noise of the city after a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our bit and keep the business going. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but seeing a building actually go up is something. We just keep our heads down and work. There is always something that needs fixing or checking.
