We operate out of Rajrooppur in Allahabad, specifically in the Peepalgaon area. Our office is set up with Nagendra Nath Tiwari’s place as the main point of contact. It’s a local operation, and we’ve been part of this community for some time. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees; we’re a smaller group that focuses on infrastructure and development work right here. The atmosphere in the office is usually pretty relaxed, although things can get hectic when a big deadline is coming up. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and dealing with the logistics of getting materials to different spots. Allahabad is a city with a lot of history, and working in construction here means we see a bit of everything. We don't bother with fancy slogans or big advertisements. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or just see us working around the neighborhood. Our daily routine involves a lot of coffee, a lot of phone calls, and frequent site visits to make sure things are going okay. It’s not always glamorous, especially when it’s hot outside, but it’s what we do. We know the local streets and the people who live here. It feels good to be working in a place we actually know well. We just try to stay busy and keep the projects moving forward one day at a time, without any extra polish or drama.
