ARK PLANNERS AND DEVELOPERS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED

We set up our office on Stainly Road in Naya Pura. Allahabad is a big city but this specific corner is where we stay most of the time. We go by the name ARK Planners and Developers. We mostly look at building plans and help get projects moving. It is not always an easy job. There are always some delays or issues with getting materials to the site on time. Our office is at 331A. It is just a regular building, nothing special to look at from the outside. We spend most of our time looking at maps and talking to different contractors. Sometimes we have to go out to the work sites three or four times in a single week. It involves a lot of walking around and checking on things. We are not a giant company with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us trying to make sense of the local development scene. We deal with the stuff people usually do not want to handle, like planning details and getting permissions. It is practical work. Naya Pura is a busy area, so there is always a lot of noise coming through the window. We have been doing this for a bit now. We do not have a big marketing team. We just answer the phone and talk to whoever walks into the office. Sometimes things are slow, other times we are swamped. That is just how planning goes.
