Marg is always busy, so there’s a lot of energy around our office. We handle infrastructure projects, which means we’re often dealing with big, messy jobs that take a lot of time to finish. It’s not just sitting in an air-conditioned office; we spend plenty of time out in the sun at our project sites. Our team is small but we’ve worked together for quite a while now. We’ve seen Allahabad change through various government schemes and private developments, and we’re happy to be a part of that change. Sometimes the paperwork gets overwhelming, especially with all the red tape involved in infrastructure, but we just take it one day at a time. We don't have any flashy slogans or polished presentations. We just show the work we’ve done and let people judge for themselves.
