We’ve been operating out of Sooter Ganj at 11/69 for a while now. Alisha Mishra Developers (Opc) Private Limited is just a small setup really. Most days involve looking at site plans and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. It's busy work but someone has to handle the details of building things around here. We don't have a big office with fancy chairs. Just a desk and some papers. It gets loud outside sometimes with the traffic, but we get through the paperwork anyway. People ask what we do exactly and mostly it’s just organizing the labor and making sure the foundations are right. We don't do much talking, just getting the jobs finished. Dealing with local permits takes up way too much of our time. Usually, you can find one of us hanging around the office near the 11/69 address if the weather is okay. We try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. Sometimes the bricks are late or the rain stops us for a few days but that’s just how this business goes. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's where we know the people. It’s not a complicated operation. We just build and move on to the next one. You can stop by if you see the door open. We might be in the middle of something but we’ll look up eventually. It's just a regular local business trying to stay busy and keep the walls going up.
