Instead, it’s just a local group trying to make things work in our part of Pratapgarh. The office is right there in the village, so it’s easy for everyone to find us. We spend our days looking at how to get things moving. It can be slow work sometimes. There are days when nothing seems to go right with the machines or the paperwork, but that’s just how it goes when you’re starting something like this. Jitendra stays on top of the daily tasks. We aren't trying to be some big city company. We just want to do our job in Barahupur and help out where we can with the energy side of things. The road out here is usually okay but can get muddy. We have a lot of conversations about the soil and the crops and how to turn that into something useful. It’s a lot of trial and error really. No one is wearing suits here.
