We are over here in Dudaila, right at Ramlakhan’s place, which is where everything for Bhuiyan Baba Agro Producer Company Limited happens. It is not some glass building in a city, just a spot in Manikpur where we get together to figure out the farming business. Most of us have been around here our whole lives, so we know the ground pretty well. We started this because we needed a better way to handle what we grow. It is mostly grains and things that grow well in this part of Manikpur. We spend a lot of time talking under the shade or sitting inside when the sun gets too hot. There is usually a lot of noise from the tractors passing by and people coming in to ask about seeds or prices. We try to keep the paperwork straight, even though it is a lot sometimes. It is just a few of us trying to make sure the local crops get a fair shake in the market. We don’t have fancy chairs or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably see us working on some lists or talking to the neighbors about the next harvest season. It feels right doing it this way instead of some big corporate thing. We just focus on the fields and making sure the stuff we produce is what it should be. The address is easy to find if you know where S/O Jagmohanitwan stays. It’s a busy little place but we like it.
