Creation India Industries (Food Devision)

Our place is located in Village & Post Gaura Raniganj. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, away from the big city rush. Being in a village means we know most of the people around here. We handle the food division part of Creation India Industries from this location. It’s mostly about getting the raw materials in and making sure everything is processed without too much fuss. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space for work. We have workers from the local area who walk over every morning. Sometimes the rains make the roads a bit muddy, which slows things down, but that’s just how it is in Gaura Raniganj. We spend a lot of time checking the bags and making sure the machinery is running okay. It’s a simple life. We don’t have fancy boardrooms or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and the production area. We take our tea breaks together under the shade when it’s too hot inside. Dealing with food means we have to be careful, so a lot of our day is just cleaning and checking things over and over. It’s honest work. We’ve been at this post for a while and the routine stays mostly the same. We just want to get the work done and get home to our families in the evening at the end of the shift.
