Vertex Hr Solutions is based in Gollapudi, which is in Parchoor, Prakasam district. We are over at Ch. Mangala Bharani, care of Ch. Srinivasarao. Our address is D.No: 1-59. Being in a place like this is different from being in a big city like Bangalore or Hyderabad. It’s quieter here. We know almost everyone who walks by the door. The office is a simple setup. We don't have any of that high-tech security or glass walls. It’s just a room where we sit and work. We handle HR stuff, which mostly means talking to people and looking over papers. Sometimes it’s a lot of work, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We don’t have a marketing department. We just do our work and let people talk. If we do a good job, they tell their friends. That’s how we’ve grown over the years. The building is old but sturdy. We don't have air conditioning, just a couple of ceiling fans that have been around as long as the office has. It gets the job done. We aren't fancy people. We just understand the local needs and try to help out where we can. It’s a straightforward life here in Prakasam. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. That's plenty for us.
