We are located at Door No.6-29 in the Ratnam Diamond Towers, which sits right on the North By-Pass Road in Ongole. It’s a very busy area because of all the traffic coming off the highway. The building itself is quite prominent, but our office is just a regular workspace where we handle our trading and enterprise activities. We have several desks squeezed into the room, and there is usually a lot of paper moving around. Because we are near the bypass, we get a lot of dust, so we are always cleaning the surfaces. The weather in Ongole can get very hot, so the air conditioning is a necessity for us to get anything done during the day. We deal with various supplies and products, and often the floor is stacked with boxes waiting to be loaded onto a truck or delivered to a local client. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to checking the inventory. It is a very hands-on way of running things. We take our tea breaks together when things quiet down for a bit. There’s no fancy branding or marketing speak used here. We just focus on making sure the orders are correct and that the people who buy from us get what they need. It’s a straightforward business built on a lot of daily repetition and staying on top of the logistics.
