L&T

Our L&T branch is located in Vetapalem, which is part of the Prakasam district in Andhra Pradesh. We operate out of a house in the Ramanagar area of Desaipet, specifically H.No: 17-124. S. Raja Nagendra Babu is usually the main point of contact here. The area is quite traditional and the weather gets really hot during the summer months, so we usually keep the shutters down to stay cool. The office is basically a front room that we have repurposed for our work. It is surrounded by other houses and small local shops, so it feels very integrated into the village life. We do not have any big corporate logos or polished marble floors here. It is just a tiled floor and some wooden chairs. We handle a lot of the local coordination and paperwork from this spot. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the street outside, and you can hear the sounds of the town throughout the day. We have a small cupboard where we keep all the project files and a single printer that sometimes jams when we are in a hurry. It is not a high-tech environment, but it works for what we do. We usually start our day early before the heat gets too intense. We know most of the people on the street, and they know us as the L&T guys. It is a very grounded way to work and we prefer it that way.
