Aju Spices And Masalas Private Limited

Down in Kovilampadu at house number 1-25/A, we spend our days at Aju Spices and Masalas. This part of the Prakasam district is usually quiet, but you can always hear our grinders going. The smell of the spices is very strong, especially when we are doing the chili or the turmeric. You can probably smell it from a few streets away before you even see our door. We spend most of our time sorting through the raw spices and putting them through the mills. It is quite dusty work and it can make your eyes water if you stay in the room too long. We have a small staff of local people who know how to run the equipment properly. We do all the bagging and weighing right here in our small building. It isn't a fancy factory, just some old-fashioned grinders and scales that we rely on every day. Sometimes we have trouble getting the raw ingredients on time or the humidity makes the powder clumpy, so we have to adjust. We aren't trying to be some massive brand that everyone knows. We just want to get our masalas into the local markets around the 523112 area. Most of the folks around here just know us as the spice guys on the corner. We keep the doors open and just get on with the work of grinding and packing. It is a simple business and we like it that way.
