Yashraj Industries

Yashraj Industries is situated at Plot No. 98 in the Vanana Industrial Estate. We are right off the Ranavav Highway. Being out here means there is plenty of space, but it is a bit of a drive from the city. We have a large shed where most of the production happens. It gets quite hot in there during the summer months, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. We have been operating from this plot for several years. Most of our workers live in the nearby villages and come in by bus or bike. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to produce good stuff and keep the machines running. There is a lot of noise from the neighboring plots, but that is expected in an industrial estate. We spend our time checking materials and making sure the machines are oiled. It is a lot of physical work and standing around. We do not have a fancy office with air conditioning. We just have a small corner with a desk and some chairs for paperwork. It is a straightforward way to run a business. We focus on the daily output. As long as the trucks are loaded at the end of the day, we feel we have done a good job. We just keep our focus on the floor and the work at hand.
