The Flavors India (P) Ltd.

The Flavors India (P) Ltd. is over at C-5 and 14 in the Pipdic Industrial Estate. We are situated in Mettupalayam. Working in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of machinery noise and trucks moving around. We have these two units, C-5 and 14, where we do all our processing and stuff. It’s a practical space, mostly concrete and metal, built for work and not for looking good. We spend our hours dealing with different ingredients and smells, which is just part of the job when you work with flavors. Mettupalayam is a busy area for this kind of thing. Our staff is mostly local people who know the area well. We don't really have a big fancy reception area because most of our time is spent on the floor where the real work happens. It’s hot sometimes, and the days can be long, but that’s just how it is here. We focus on the orders we have to get out. We don't do much talking about ourselves. The units in the Pipdic estate are just where we happen to be. It’s a good spot because we have space for the machines. We’ve been here for a while and the routine is the same every morning. We show up, check the machines, and get to it. It is just a regular factory day for us, nothing more than that.
