Design Collaborative

Design Collaborative is tucked away on the 3rd floor of the SPcomplex on Eswaran Koil Street. We are at number 179. Being on the 3rd floor means we have a bit of a climb, but it’s quieter up here away from the street noise. Our office isn't what you would call a luxury space. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of sketches pinned to the walls. We spend most of our time staring at screens or drawing things out on paper. There are coffee mugs everywhere because we tend to work long hours. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If the door is open, you just walk in and find one of us. We’ve been working together in this spot for several years now. It’s a small group of us who just like to build and design things. We don't have any fancy brochures about what we do. We just take on projects and try to figure out how to make them work. Sometimes we argue about a line or a color, but that’s just how it goes when you’re trying to get a design right. The building itself is a bit old, but it has a lot of character. We like being in this part of town because it feels real. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to keep doing our work and paying the rent.
