We are based over at 17/43A/65 in Thiripura Sundari Nagar. It is right on the 1st Main Road in the Chinna Mettu Palayam area of Kaladipet. We spend our days working on property development and helping folks figure out what to do with their land. It is a lot of walking around in the dirt and checking on boundaries. We have a small office where we keep all the maps and documents. It is nothing fancy, just a few desks and a fan that clicks a bit when it is on high. We do not do much advertising because most people find us by just asking around the neighborhood. Kaladipet is a place where everyone knows someone who knows us. We like it that way. It keeps things honest. Sometimes the paperwork for developing a new plot takes longer than we want, but we just keep at it. We are not trying to be the biggest developers in the state. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we have. You might see us at the local tea stall talking to contractors or checking on a delivery of sand. It is a practical business with a lot of moving parts. We handle the phone calls and the site visits as they come. It is just us working hard in our corner of the city, trying to build things that will last for a while.
