Rice Export

Rice Export is found at 10/45 on Dharapuram Road. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We deal with rice, mostly packing and getting it ready to be sent out. The building isn't much to look at, but it works for what we need. Dharapuram Road is usually humming with traffic, which helps with getting things moved. We don’t go in for big speeches or polished advertisements. We just focus on the grain. Every day involves a lot of lifting and checking the quality of the sacks. It can be repetitive, but there is a certain rhythm to it that we enjoy. We’ve got a small crew who have been here for years. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide good rice to the people who buy from us. The office is just a desk and a couple of chairs in the corner of the warehouse. We spend more time on the floor than we do sitting down. It’s a bit noisy with the machinery, but that’s the sound of work getting done. We are just a local business on a busy road, doing what we know how to do. No frills, just rice and hard work. We keep things simple because that's what we know. If you're driving down Dharapuram Road, you might see our trucks loading up. That is just us, doing our daily bit to keep the business going as usual.
