Himanutri Agro Private Limited is situated on Takana Road in Pithoragarh. We are at the Deep 7/51 address. It’s a pretty standard place, tucked away in the Nainital region but really focused on the Pithoragarh area. Working in the hills has its own set of challenges, especially with transport and getting things moved around on time. We spend most of our mornings checking in with local growers and seeing what the status of the crops is. The office isn't very large. It’s mostly filled with desks and a few chairs for when people come by to talk. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals plastered on the walls. We just want to make sure the agricultural work we do is solid. Pithoragarh is a beautiful place to work, even if the weather doesn't always cooperate with our plans. We’ve been on Takana Road for a while now and the locals know us by name. We aren't trying to become some giant corporation. We just like doing the work we know how to do. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the books or plan for the next season, but usually, we head home when the sun goes down. It’s a simple operation and we take pride in just being honest people who know a bit about agro. It isn't always glamorous, but it is the life we chose and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
