Thirm Solutions Private Limited is based out of Ward No 7 in Lakhanpur, Badloli, specifically at the place of Deepak Singh. It’s a more rural setting than your typical city office, which gives it a different kind of feel. We don't have the bright lights and skyscraper views, just a simple room where we can sit down and get to work. It’s a quiet area for the most part, except for the usual neighborhood sounds. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees and a fancy HR department. It’s just us doing what we know how to do without any unnecessary complications. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to each other; we just keep it plain and simple. Thirm Solutions Private Limited is a small-scale operation, and we like it that way. It means we don't have to deal with a lot of the red tape you find in bigger places. Most of our time is spent on the actual work, rather than sitting in meetings talking about it. Lakhanpur is a small place, so everyone kind of knows where we are. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. It’s just a regular house where some work happens to take place every day. We’re just local people doing our bit without any fuss.
