Our office is at Plot No. 403 in the Kumar Commercial Complex, which is located on Exhibition Road in Patna. This part of the city is always buzzing, and the building itself is usually full of people going to various businesses. We are up on the fourth floor, so we get a bit of a break from the street level noise, though you can still hear the horns honking all day long. The office is pretty standard for a Patna business—lots of files, some sturdy wooden desks, and a few fans to keep the air moving during the hot months. We handle various enterprise tasks, so there is usually a lot of paperwork being shuffled around and phone calls being made. It isn’t the kind of place with a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and see us working at our desks. Sometimes we run out of space for all the documents, and they end up in stacks on the floor. It’s a bit of an older building, so the walls have some marks and the elevator is sometimes a bit slow, but it’s home for us during the work week. We spend most of our time coordinating different projects and trying to stay on top of the schedule. It’s a simple, hardworking environment where we just focus on the business at hand without any extra bells or whistles to distract us from the daily grind.
