Emami Cement

We are located in Jai Prakash Nagar, right near the Patna Railway Station. If you have ever been to this part of Patna, you know it is always crowded and the traffic can be a real nightmare. But it is a good spot for Emami Cement because we are close to the tracks and the main transport hubs. The office isn't much to look at, just a simple building with some desks and a very old air conditioner that rattles when it is on. We spend most of our time dealing with drivers and checking on the cement loads that come in. There is always a layer of fine grey dust on everything, no matter how much we clean. It just comes with the territory when you are in the cement business. We don't have a big mission statement or a fancy lobby with chairs. Usually, people just stand around the desk and talk about the latest orders. The tea stall across the street is where we get our morning fuel and they make it extra strong. It is a busy, noisy life here in Jai Prakash Nagar and we are used to the sound of the trains passing by at all hours. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the supplies reach the construction sites on time. It is practical work for practical people and we do not try to make it sound like more than it really is.
