Fattu Dhinga Rice

We are located at 11, Gopal Park. It’s a bit of a quieter area compared to the main markets, which is nice most of the time. We deal in rice, so you can often smell it if we have samples open in the office. It’s a small operation here. We have a few people who handle the orders and a couple of others who look after the logistics. The office is tucked away, and we like it that way because it lets us focus on the work without too many distractions. We spend a lot of our time talking to farmers and the people who run the mills. There are always bags of different varieties of rice sitting in the corner so we can check the quality. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth has always been how people find us. We’ve been at Gopal Park for a while and the neighbors are all friendly. The building itself is just a simple one, nothing special to look at. We keep things pretty straightforward here. If someone needs a certain type of rice, we find it for them and figure out how to get it delivered. It involves a lot of weighing and checking prices on a daily basis. It’s the kind of business where you have to pay attention to the details or things go wrong. We just take it day by day and try to keep things simple.
