Cem Engineering Institute

So we are located at H. No 147-C in the Type 4 area of the Rail Coach Factory in Kapurthala. It is a specific kind of place to be because of the factory being right here. The housing and the offices are all mixed in together. Most of us have been around here for a while and we know the layout of the Rail Coach Factory pretty well. It is a quiet spot, really. Not like the main city center where everything is loud and rushing. We have the institute set up in this building. It is a standard house-style structure, Type 4 as they call it. We have enough room for what we need to do. People find us easily once they get into the colony. Kapurthala weather is usually okay, though the winters get a bit chilly in this part of Punjab. We just put on extra sweaters and keep working. The institute, Cem Engineering Institute, is just a place for learning and getting things sorted out. We don't have any flashy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It is mostly just books, desks, and people trying to figure things out. You see the trains or the factory parts moving around nearby sometimes. It reminds us of where we are. We've been here at H. No 147-C for a good while now. The neighbors are mostly folks who work at the factory too. It is a simple life here in Kapurthala. We are just a group of people focused on our daily tasks at the factory site.
