Nanopure Systems

Our shop is situated right at No. 1 Krishna Road over in Perungalathur. We handle various water systems, which mostly means we spend our whole day looking at different filters, pipes, and connectors. It is a relatively small space, so things get a little bit cramped whenever we have a large shipment of stock coming in from the suppliers. Most of us grew up right around here, so we know that the local water can be pretty rough on plumbing and appliances if you are not careful. We spend our days answering the phone and trying to explain to people why a certain pump might not be working or how they can change a filter without making a huge mess on their floor. It is not a high-tech laboratory or anything like that, just a basic workshop where we test things out to see if they actually work. We have tools scattered all over the benches and a lot of spare parts kept in plastic bins against the walls. Sometimes a customer comes in feeling really frustrated because their water tastes funny, and we just try our best to find a practical solution that does not cost them a whole fortune. It is simple work, but it feels necessary for the neighborhood. We do not have a marketing team or anyone to answer emails. If we are not at the desk, we are probably in the back trying to fix something or organizing the heavy inventory.
