Nipukha Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out in Niuland. We are located at Hetoi Lohe’s place. Niuland is a good place for farming, but it still takes a lot of effort to get things right. We are a small group of local farmers. We aren't a corporation with a board of directors in suits. We are people who wear boots and work in the fields every day. We started this company because we needed a way to collect our produce and find better ways to get it to the people who need it. It’s a very practical arrangement. We meet at the house and talk about the seeds, the soil, and the prices. We don't have a polished way of speaking. We just say things like they are. If a crop fails, we talk about why. If the market is down, we figure out a way to wait. It’s about being real and helping our neighbors. We do our own bookkeeping and handle our own problems. It’s not always smooth and we have our fair share of disagreements, but we are all pulling in the same direction. We don't need big words to describe what we do. We are just farmers in Niuland trying to do right by the land and each other. It’s a simple, honest way to live. We’ve been here for years, and having this group just makes the hard days a little bit easier to manage for all of us.
