Vallalar Bricks

Vallalar Bricks is located at No: 267 in Vengatachalapathy Nagar, right by the North New Bus Stand. Because we are so close to the bus stand, there is always a lot of movement and the sound of engines nearby. Our yard is usually filled with stacks of bricks waiting to be loaded onto trucks. It’s a dusty, earthy place to work, and your shoes are never clean for long. We spend most of our time outdoors, checking the kilns or making sure the brick piles are steady. It’s hard labor and the sun can be quite brutal in the afternoons, but that’s the nature of making bricks. We don't have a fancy reception area; usually, you just find us near the entrance or back by the production area. Vengatachalapathy Nagar is a busy spot, and we fit right in with the other local trades. We don't go in for any complicated management styles. We just make the bricks, count them, and send them out. Sometimes the rain slows us down, and we have to cover everything up quickly. It’s a cycle of digging, molding, and firing that has been the same for a long time. People come by from all over the area because they know we are right there near the North New Bus Stand. We don't say much about what we do, we just let the bricks speak for themselves when they get delivered to the building sites.
