We operate out of Godhavarikhani in the Ramagundam area. The office is at S.Naresh's place, H.No-19-3-154/A in Gandhinager. This part of Andhra Pradesh, in the Karimnager district, is where we do most of our real estate work. Reward Real Estate Co Ltd is the name we go by. Even though Empress City in Nagpur is part of the title, we spend our days right here in this district. It’s a local business, nothing too big or flashy. We spend a lot of time out on the road, looking at properties or meeting people who want to buy or sell. The office is usually where we just do the paperwork and keep the files. It can get pretty hot here, so the fan is always running. We know the streets around Gandhinager pretty well. Real estate is mostly about knowing who is moving and who is looking. We don't use a lot of fancy words. People come in, they ask what's available, and we tell them what we know. Sometimes the deals go through, sometimes they don't. That’s just how it is.
