E-Solution

Being located near Padampur Choraha in Kotdwara means we are right in the thick of things. The traffic at the intersection never seems to stop, and there is always a layer of dust on the front window that we have to wipe away. E-Solution is a small office, mostly just a few desks and a lot of tangled wires. We spend our days staring at screens or taking apart hardware to see what is wrong. It can be a bit cramped when a few people come in at once, but we make it work. The walls are a plain color and we have a small clock that ticks a bit too loudly when it is quiet. Kotdwara gets quite hot in the summer months, so the small air conditioner has to work extra hard to keep the room from getting stuffy. We usually have lunch right at our desks because there is always something that needs to be finished. People from the neighborhood drop in with their laptops or sometimes just to ask for help with their phones. We do not have a big team or a receptionist. It is just us handling whatever comes through the door. Sometimes we stay late when a job is being stubborn, and you can hear the street noise die down as the night comes on. It is a very basic setup, but it serves us well for what we do. We have some plants in the corner that probably need more water than they get. Most days are pretty much the same, but we find enough to keep us busy from morning until we lock up.
