Growshroom Agro Farms Private Limited

Up in the hills of Pauri Garhwal, specifically in the Riknikhal area, is where we do our work. Growshroom Agro Farms Private Limited is based out of Siddhant Tyagi’s place in Fatehpur, near Dugadda. Being in Lansdowne, the terrain is a bit different than the plains, so we have to be careful. We focus a lot on what can grow well in this mountain climate. It’s a lot of hard work getting things up and down the hills on those narrow roads. We don't have any fancy signs or big buildings to show off. It’s just us working with the land we have. The air is good here, but the life is hard and physical. We don't spend money on advertising or shiny brochures because we don't see the point. Most people find out about us through word of mouth in the village. We handle our mushrooms and other crops with care because that’s our livelihood. It’s a small operation, really. Siddhant and the rest of us just keep an eye on the weather and the soil. Sometimes the roads get blocked when it rains heavy, which makes things difficult for transport. We just take it as it comes and don't complain. It’s a quiet life in Fatehpur. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to grow good stuff and keep the farm going. It’s a practical way to live. Not much else to say, we just get on with it every day.
