You can find us at Plot No. 3949 on Devprayag Road in Khandyusain. It’s a beautiful part of the country, though we’re usually too busy working to look at the view. Ever-Taste is a small outfit. We focus on making food items that people can enjoy without a lot of fuss. Being on Devprayag Road means we see a lot of travelers going up towards the hills. We started this because we saw a need for more local food options in this part of Khandyusain. It’s not a fancy setup. We have our equipment, our storage, and a small area for packing. Most of our days are spent checking temperatures and making sure everything is clean. We don't have a big team, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day I might be fixing a leak in the roof, and the next day I’m helping with the actual cooking. It’s the kind of place where things are a bit rough around the edges, but we care about what we do. The mountains make for a nice backdrop, even if the winter gets a bit cold for the machinery. We don't use big words or make huge promises. We just try to make food that tastes like it should. If you’re passing through Plot No. 3949, you’ll see we’re just a bunch of locals working hard. We’ve been here for a bit now and we like the pace.
