The Spice Roots

We are located right here in Hanuman Nagar, over in Kankarbagh, Patna. It’s been a while since we started The Spice Roots. The street gets pretty busy in the evenings with people coming home from work and the local traffic picking up. Our address is Patna - 800020 Kankarbagh, if you are looking for us on the map. It is just a regular spot where we handle everything ourselves. Most days start early, getting things ready before the sun gets too high. We spend a lot of time cleaning the tables and making sure the supplies are where they should be. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the front for a bit, but that’s just how it goes in this part of Patna. We aren’t a big chain or anything fancy. It is just us and a few helpers keeping the place running. People from the neighborhood drop by, sometimes just to say hello or see what’s new. We don’t have a big fancy sign, just the name. The floor has a few scuffs from all the feet walking through over the months. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can get a bit chaotic behind the counter. That is just part of the job. We have been in this building for some time now and we know most of the people who live nearby. It feels good to be part of the local scene here in Kankarbagh. We just keep doing what we do every day.
