We are over in Indrapuri, Patliputra. The office is at Sri Keshav Prasad’s place, and we operate under Urimla Verma’s name. It’s a nice enough area in Patna, though the streets can be a bit narrow for the bigger delivery trucks. We’ve been here for a while now. Our setup isn't very big. We have about three rooms that we use for the whole pharmaceutical business. One is for the paperwork, and the other two are packed with shelves for the medicine stock. We don't have any high-speed elevators or glass walls. It's just a regular house that we've adapted for our needs. We spend a lot of our time checking batch numbers and expiry dates. It’s a bit tedious, but it has to be done right. We don't have a big team of experts. It’s just a few of us who have learned the business through years of practice. The neighbors are quite friendly and often stop by to say hello while we are loading the shipments. We usually have our lunch together in the small kitchen at the back. It’s a very informal environment. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Just regular clothes that are comfortable for moving boxes around. We focus on getting the orders out to the local hospitals and clinics. It's a steady job and we're happy with how things are going.
