We are located in Ward Number 32 in East Jaganpura, specifically at Doc 3-3-10 near Kankarbagh. It’s a very crowded part of the city, so there is always something going on outside our door. We started this business because we wanted to do something on our own in the healthcare sector. Our office is a small, rented space that we’ve crammed with as many shelves as possible. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when more than three people are inside. We don't have any fancy branding or marketing strategies. Most of our customers found us through word of mouth or because they are based in the same neighborhood. We spend our days mostly on the floor, sorting through boxes and checking the inventory. We have a small computer for the tax filings, but everything else is done the old-fashioned way. The noise from the street can be quite loud sometimes, especially with all the horns and people shouting. We’ve gotten used to it though. We don't have any big corporate hierarchy. We all just pitch in and do whatever needs to be done, whether it’s cleaning the floor or talking to a big supplier. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to run a pharmaceutical company. We just aim to get the orders right and keep the business going for another year. We usually close up around seven in the evening and walk home through the market.
