We are RJDI Ventures and our office is out in Bishambharpur. It is a small village area in Tola Srirampur which falls under the Bihta block. If you are looking for us, we are located at Dadan Ku Dwivedi’s place. Patna is the main district but we are a bit of a drive away from the city center. It is quiet out here. We started this private limited company because we wanted to do something local. Most of our days are spent handling the usual business stuff that comes up. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy lobby. It is just a simple room with some chairs and a desk where we get things done. People around the village know us. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation. We just want to work and keep things moving. It is a practical setup for what we do. Nothing more, nothing less. We spend our mornings checking on things and our afternoons finishing up. It’s a slow pace of life but the work gets done. We don’t use fancy language or have big meetings. It is just honest work in a small place with local people who care.
