Reliance Engineering Associate Ltd.

Over in Patna, our office is in the North C.D.A. Colony in Kesharinagar. Reliance Engineering Associate Ltd. has a fairly simple setup here. The area is mostly houses and a few other small businesses, so it has a local feel to it. We aren't located in one of those tall glass buildings downtown. Instead, we’re in a building that’s been around for a while. Inside, it’s mostly just us, our computers, and stacks of project files that seem to grow every month. We do engineering work, which means a lot of technical discussions and making sure we haven't missed any small details. Patna is a busy city, and the traffic near Kesharinagar can be a real test of patience in the evenings. We try to finish up our work before the rush starts if we can. Most of the people working here are from the local area, so we talk about local news and the weather while we work. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we stay focused on what needs to get done. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just do the engineering tasks that come our way and try to be honest with everyone we deal with. It’s been our way for a long time, and we don't plan on changing it.
