L&T (Larsen & Toubro) Limited

We are set up in the Golakpur neighborhood of Patna. Our office is actually care of Md. Shafiqur Rahman’s place. It’s a local setup for L&T here in Bihar. Mahendru is a very busy area, so there is always a lot of foot traffic and noise surrounding us throughout the day. We’ve been here for a bit, handling the local business needs for the company. It’s not like those big glass buildings you see in places like Mumbai or Delhi. This is a real, everyday office where we handle the ground-level stuff. We know the neighbors and they know us. Most days we are busy with coordination and keeping track of various local projects. It can get a bit hectic, especially with the Patna traffic right outside our window. We use simple tools and just keep things moving forward. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a bunch of people trying to do a good job. We share tea in the afternoons and talk about the work that needs to be finished. It’s a solid, honest place to work. You find us by asking for the Golakpur area near the post office. We don't have a big sign out front, but we've been here long enough that most people know where we are. We just focus on what's right in front of us each day and try to get it done. It's a simple life and we prefer it that way.
