Our office is easy to get to, and we’ve been here long enough that most of the local shopkeepers recognize us. Inside, it’s a standard workspace where we handle the pharmaceutical side of things. We don't have any big marketing teams or anything like that. It is mostly just us answering the phones and coordinating with suppliers. Rajeev Nagar is a good spot because it’s connected well to the rest of the city, which helps when we have to send out shipments. The ground floor stays relatively cool even when the sun is beating down on the road outside. We have a small sign on the gate, but otherwise, it just looks like any other house on the block. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and making sure the billing is correct. It is a steady routine that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes neighbors stop by for a chat while we are loading the vans. It feels like a real part of the community here. We just try to get the day's work done and make sure everything is sorted for the next morning.
