We are located at 699 Khalilpuraphulwari Sharif, which is basically the ground floor of Vijay Singh’s place. If you know the Devi Asthan temple nearby, you can find us pretty easily. It is a busy area where people are always walking to the temple or heading towards the main market. Our office here isn't anything fancy, just a few rooms where we handle the daily stuff for Ractos Pharmaceuticals Private Limited. Most mornings start with checking the stock and getting things ready for the local deliveries. It can get a bit loud outside with the traffic and the noise from the temple during festivals, but we are used to it by now. The neighborhood is friendly and we know most of the people living on this street. We have been working out of this spot for a while, and it serves us well because it’s a central location for getting things in and out. There is always a lot of tea drinking and talking to the drivers who come by to pick up orders. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It is just a normal local setup where everyone knows what they are supposed to do. We don't have a big neon sign or anything, just the address and our name on the door. It’s a practical place to run a business from. We focus on getting the paperwork done and ensuring the boxes move where they should.
