We are situated in the Rajapur and Mainpura area of Patna, right near the historic Sadakat Ashram. Our office is located at Gate Number 38. The company is connected to the family of the late Uday Shankar Rai, and we have been in this spot for a good while. Being near the Ashram means there is a certain quietness to the surroundings, though the main Sadak is always humming with rickshaws and buses. We operate Pontoon Pharmaceuticals from a building that has seen better days, but it is sturdy and serves our purposes perfectly. We handle various pharmaceutical goods, mostly focusing on the distribution side of things. Inside, you will find a lot of shelves, some old desks, and a couple of computers that have seen a lot of use. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. If you come by, you'll likely find us in the middle of a stack of invoices or talking to a driver about a delayed shipment. The Ganges is not too far away, and sometimes you can feel a bit of a breeze from the river on the hotter days. We are just a group of people working hard in an old part of Patna. There is no corporate polish here, just honest work and a lot of daily problem-solving. We know the local shopkeepers and the tea sellers by name, which makes working here feel like being part of a big family.
