Pioneer Tutorial

Pioneer Tutorial is based on B.M Das Road in Patna. This road is famous for being a hub for all sorts of things, so we are right in the middle of all that chaos. Our office is simple, with a small front desk that is usually covered in notebooks and pens. We don’t have a lot of staff, so usually, it’s just one or two of us handling everything from answering the phone to cleaning the floors. The building is older, and you can tell by the way the windows rattle when a heavy truck goes by. We have a few classrooms that are packed during the peak hours. It gets a bit stuffy in the summer, but we try to keep the windows open for some air. We don’t have any big slogans or flashy posters on the walls, just a few charts and some schedules. It’s a very practical environment. Most of our day is spent making sure the students have what they need and that the next class is ready to start on time. Sometimes the internet is slow, which makes things difficult, but we find ways to get around it. It’s a lot of manual work, keeping track of who is coming and going. We’ve grown to like the rhythm of this busy street. There is a lot of dust that comes in from the road, so we are constantly dusting the tables, but that's just how it is here.
