Working out of suite 605 in the Grand Plaza building means we are right at Dak Bunglow, which is probably one of the busiest spots on Fraser Road. We have the laser machines in the back and a small front desk where we keep the appointments written down. It can get noisy outside with the traffic from Fraser Road, but once you close the door to 605, it settles down a bit. We see people all day who want to talk about cosmetic things. Some people are nervous when they first walk in, so we just give them a chair and let them wait their turn. We aren't a big corporate chain, just a local clinic trying to help people with their skin concerns. The halls of Grand Plaza are always full of people going to different offices, so there’s a lot of energy in the building. Our team is small—just a few of us making sure the lights are on and the rooms are tidy. We usually have a pot of tea going in the afternoon. It's a practical space.
