Setting up shop at Nehru Tola 9 in Maroofganj was a big step for us. We’ve been running this heart and multi-specialty hospital for a while now in this part of town. Maroofganj is a busy neighborhood, and we’re right in the middle of it. The building isn't brand new, but it's where we do all our work. We handle a lot of heart cases, but we also see people for all sorts of other medical problems since we’re a multi-specialty spot. It gets quite crowded here, especially in the mornings when the clinics open up. We don't have a big corporate office or a PR team writing fancy things for us. We're just a bunch of doctors and nurses working in Nehru Tola. The hallways can be a bit narrow and the elevators are sometimes slow, but we make sure the medical equipment is what it needs to be. People around here know us as a place that stays busy and gets the job done. We don't spend much on decorating the place because we’re more worried about the patients in the beds. It’s a straightforward hospital. We deal with insurance papers, pharmacy orders, and patient check-ins all day long. It's hard work and the hours are long, but this is our community. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand and try to keep things organized for everyone who comes in. We’re just regular people working in a hospital in Maroofganj and that’s fine by us.
